Who Does the Appraisal?
Our appraisals are done by an external appraisal management company. We have no control over the values issued or the appraisers assigned. We always ask for every appraisal to be processed as quickly as possible so you can close quickly every single time!
What is an Appraisal Waver?
As of recent, our Automated Underwriting Systems have been allowing us to waive apprasials. What does this mean? Basically the value of your new home has already been confirmed without an appraisal so there is no need to do one.
